member instructions (Turning off electronic devices, fastening
seat belts, smoking, etc.)
Disruptive Behavior - Suspicious or threatening irrational behavior
Disorderly Behavior - Possible inebriation
Abusive
language, verbal harassment
Non-violent threatening behavior (I'll have your job for this...)
Goal:
Attempt
to establish rapport, diffuse the situation. All crew members
including the flight deck are to be made aware of the situation.
