We have changed hotels
in MCO. Please check your pairings.
Please do
not use the wash cloths or towels to polish your shoes. Most hotels
have disposable towels available as an amenity to you. Also, please
use the make-up remover cloth for removing makeup if available.
When you have
guest in your hotel room, they should check out at the same time as
you do. Guests are staying in the room, and housekeeping is walking
in on your guest thinking that the room is empty. For your
protection, please do not allow guest to stay in the hotel after you
check out.
If you have an RON in
MIA the hotel's pick up is Concourse G Second Level Departures. The
number to the Hotel Driver is 305-316-3423.
Please note that the hotels
have SCHEDULED "Drop Off" times which are the time they are to drop
you off curb side at the airport. This time is 10 minutes prior to
report. The hotel sets the van time in order to get you to the
airport by that time. These times are NOT to be changed. If you have
any questions please let Geyson Rosario know. His BAT is 5087.
When arriving in PIT, Please
proceed to door #8 where the van will be awaiting you. The van will
wait for 10 minutes and then call the hotel to ensure that the crew
did not call. If the crew did not call, the driver will then depart
the airport. The van will happily return for the crew if they call,
but if they do not and just take a cab over, they will not be
reimbursed.
